These maps are invaluable and I completely love the game. I am stuck, though, at what to do in the sewers (no laughing please). I've found all the chests and believe I have visited all the "clues", but can't find what it is I'm supposed to do.
Thanks for the maps just finished the game. Had a great time and the final battle was fun:) Wish it was a little longer because I wanted to use the dragon bow and great bow against more evil creatures!! Thanks for the great work and memories.
The maps really helped me zip through the last dungeon. The spinning compass would have driven me nuts if I had to map them myself. So, is there really going to be a sequel, or is that just hype?
I finished with a Thief in front (9 Str - bleh!), Warrior (13 Str), dwarf Paladin (19 Str), Ranger (13 Str), and 2 Mages (16 & 12 Str). Strength is too important for determining allowed equipment - your starting rolls make a huge difference. Bards seem useless.

Thanks for these! I've been mapping stuff myself using Excel, but only got to Crypt level 1 so far. You could also add the town to complete the maps.

I think one of the clues mentions a "wanderer by day , a guide by night." You should try visiting Caine the wandering monk on Eagle Street.
And if you like the sewers, you'll love the next dungeon...
Many thanks. Still need to get my mind back into figuring out the little clues in these types of games.

Sure! Looking back, the coolest weapons are found near the end of the game. I probably should've changed that.
Thanks for playing!

Sorry, no sequel planned at the moment. Glad you liked it though!
What sort of characters did you have?

Ha! One of my all time favorite games! Thanks for re-creating a classic game that brings me back to my C64 days. Bravo!
Cheers,

Cool Game! Are the maps still available anywhere? The websight seems to be gone.
Doug
Hey Doug! Sorry about that, I was late on my yahoo payments! I've rectified the situation and the site should be back up again with a couple days.
Btw, what sort of party have you made? I'm always curious :)
That was quick! It looks like the page is already back.
Here is my current party:
Dwarf Paladin
Dwarf Fighter
Human Bard
Human Ranger
Gnome Mage
Elf Mage
Thanks again for making this great game! I hope you make a Volume 2 some day.
Doug
Cool, hope you enjoy the rest of the game Doug. Maybe some day a sequel or similar game can be made :)
